There are 8 types of surface for stainless steels. Surface No. 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 is the way which polish by mechanics using abration components and nonwoven disc.
No. 1 The surface of product is very blurr . The surface look at microscope is not flat . This product can be used in heat resistance industry and eroded and no need the flat surface such as industrial tank, tools in chemical .
No. 2D This product is not shinning . It often use in producing products with deep drawing . And it can be polished after producing. It usually use for petrochemical factory, automatic parts, construction material, stainless steel pipe.
No. 2B This product was treated from No.2D . This product is more shiny and wellknown than No. 2D . This is the standard surface. It use popular in all complicated deep drawing using. It is more easier to polish than No.1 and No. 2D .
No. 3 This product was polished with density 100-120 mesh . It can be used in many fields : constructions, interior and exterior decorations, family instruments and kitchen tools.
No. 4 This product was polished with density 150-180 mesh. It is more shinny than than No.3 . It is silver . It often used to make bathtub, interior and exterior decoration of buildings and food industry.
