Deep drawing is a resource-saving process. The items can be refined from the same piece of metal, and there is therefore no need for subsequent welding and finishing. The blanks achieve a high strength due to the cold forming process, and this means that it can be produced in thinner plate thicknesses than in other manufacturing methods.
Deep drawing is suitable for many purposes such as lamp parts, floor heating plates, steel toilets, ventilation, pumps, train brakes and agricultural machinery, etc. CK Metal Pressing is experienced in making the well-known drawing types, such as used for the production of feed troughs, drinking cups for stables, and toilets in trains.
We work in plate thickness from 0.5 mm to 20 mm and we work in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Based on the nature of the order and the analysis results, we construct different types of tools in CAD for the individual deep drawing item, and choose the most suitable press technique. All assembly of our own items is carried out by us.
